Grilled Artichokes in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Fresh artichokes of Italian origin, perfectly intact, selected, defoliated and turned, then boiled in a solution based on water and white wine vinegar, extracted from the solution, left to dry and then grilled, then seasoned with: fresh parsley and placed in jars with the addition of extra virgin olive oil.

Ingredients: artichokes, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, salt, chilli, antioxidants e.300, acidity corrector e.330, may contain traces of sulphite.
