Rosé wine

Rosé wines, also known as rosé wines, are produced with red grapes vinified with the skins in contact with the must for a few hours. This process allows the skins to release part of their colour, tannins and aromas. These wines are characterized by a light and fresh pink colour, with floral and fruity aromas. They are light and versatile, perfect as an accompaniment to light dishes, such as salads and fish, but also as an aperitif or for a moment of relaxation.
