Nonno Pantaleone's strawberry jam has the typical sweet flavour of ripe fruit, a red colour, a shiny appearance and a soft consistency. 

It is made with about 70% fruit, sugar for the remainder and lemon juice, without the addition of thickeners or colouring agents. It is excellent as a confectionery product to accompany Greek yoghurt, cottage cheese or for breakfast, perhaps spread on rusks or delicious cocoa pancakes.
