Dolcenera 33cl

Beer based on slightly roasted malt with a sweet and full-bodied taste, with notes of dried fruit and light chocolate. Moderate hopping with a light fruity aroma. Dark brown, almost black color with a creamy hazelnut foam. Beer of London origin closer to the slightly more alcoholic modern Brown Ale. Refermentation in the bottle.

Service temperature: 5-6 °C

Food pairings: Goes well with oysters, cheeses and stews. Excellent to accompany creamy desserts. We use it for BirramiSu'.
