Estasi is the sparkling wine that is distinguished by the fact that the grapes are harvested when they reach ideal ripeness, which can be seen by the golden yellow colour of the grapes.

Estasi is nothing more than re-fermentation in the bottle ( Champenois method ) for 24 months on its own yeasts after 12 months of ageing in stainless steel silos in the cellar.

Visual aspect: Estasi presents itself to the eye with a splendid golden yellow colour and a very fine perlage (bubbles).

Olfactory examination: Estasi offers a striking bouquet of Mediterranean aromas, ripe fruit: citrus, candied fruit, cedar, acacia honey, white flowers.

Gustative examination: the perlage in Estasi is silky, delicate and caresses the palate, favouring the perception of the sparkling wine's flavour, its minerality, savouriness and freshness.

All this makes Estasi a classy, elegant, First and Unique sparkling wine.
