Tagliolino with Curcuma

Turmeric noodles are made from a mixture of wheat flour and turmeric powder.

This tagliolino is excellent with a simple fish sauce or a vegetable ragout, with a cream of carrot and toasted bread crumble. In short, very versatile.

Store at room temperature.

COOKING SUGGESTIONS: Bring water to the boil, cook for 4-5 minutes, finish cooking with the chosen sauce.
