Red vinification with natural indigenous yeasts. The extraction of aromas and colour from the skins is done with manual punching-down and periodic delestage. After two weeks of maceration the wine is racked into barriques where fermentation finishes.
Tasting notes
Powerful, rich yet elegant. Intense purplish red colour, deep, fine tannins and complex ripe fruit notes with a spicy finish. Fresh and persistent.
