Bella Vita - Toscana IGT From Slightly Withered Grapes

Grapes : Blend of red grapes

Production area : Tuscan coast

Alcohol : 14% vol

Soil : sandy-clayey

Harvest : Grapes are carefully selected through a daily check of their ripeness. The harvest is postponed to the first ten days of October when a certain aromatic concentration is reached.

Vinification : maceration of the grapes for 10 days in concrete tanks. Slow fermentation with natural yeasts.

Ageing : aged in cement tanks.

Color : Intense red with violet reflections

Taste : Voluminous and elegant. Red fruits and hints of spices, silky on the palate with soft but structured tannins, persistent. Long spicy finish.

Food Pairing : Stewed meat, game, cheese.
