Vinification : fermentation on the skins for 12 days in steel tanks, controlled temperature not exceeding 25° with punching down, pumping over and delestage.

Ageing : aged 14 months in French oak barriques and aged in the bottle.

Color : Intense ruby red.

Bouquet : Red fruits and spices and hints of violet.

Taste : Elegant, robust and round.

Food pairing : Red meats, game, foie gras, aged cheeses.
