Vineyards:

Situated on the hills around Montà, they face east and south-east. The soils are of two types: the more sandy ones give the wine elegance and fragrance, the more clayey ones give structure and power. The selection and skilful blending of grapes from the different vineyards make this wine particularly complex and pleasant.

Winery:

Soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature and maturation sur lies for at least 6 months give the wine fruity aromas and particular balance to the taste. The decision not to use clarifying agents allows the wine to retain the sensations of "fatness" and "volume" in the mouth and ensures that the product remains excellent for several years.

Pairings:

ideal with aperitifs, starters and fish dishes. Serve chilled (12 - 13°C).
