Vineyards:

south-east facing, with calcareous soil. Exposure of the bunches to the sun, obtained through timely processing, thinning out of the grapes and careful selection during harvesting, give the wine a ruby red colour with garnet reflections, sapidity and a dry, warm flavour.

Cellar:

Soft pressing and maceration for 12 days. Maturation in small wooden barrels for 28 months. The resulting wine has fruity, spicy and balsamic aromas, good body and soft, warm and enveloping flavour.

Combinations:

ideal with cheese and meat dishes. Serve at room temperature (18 - 20°C).
