The finesse and elegance of Sauvignon combines with the important structure of Verdicchio, bringing out the full potential of the territory that expresses it.
Winemaking and ageing: The white Incrocio Bruni 54 grapes are pressed and the must is left to rest at a low temperature for 24 hours, then sent to fermentation for about 3 weeks, racking and maturation takes place in tanks for about 5 months working on the "fine lees". This is followed by cold decanting and bottling. Free of allergens.
