Nonno Pantaleone's mignon artichokes in oil are made entirely by hand, within a few hours of harvesting, from raw materials of Italian origin, guaranteeing a quality product. The ingredients used are artisanal and of a high standard to imprison all the flavour and aroma in a cascade of sunflower oil, wine vinegar and salt. 

They can be used without further processing, or as an accompaniment to other vegetables or greens.
