Beer with a refreshing character due to its slight acidity and absence of bitter aftertaste. It expresses a pleasant malty wheat taste that perfectly matches the perceived mix of aromas, from the fruitiness of bitter orange peel and bergamot to the spiciness of coriander. Dense foam, almost as white as cream. The Blanche style originated in Belgium and dates back more than 400 years. Re-fermentation in the bottle.
