The climate and the territory of S.Angelo in Vado with the vineyards at an altitude of 500 metres exalt the aromatic extraction from the white Moscato and Sauvignon vines that lend themselves to the creation of a Passito that leaves you amazed for its bouquet, taste and persistence. The passage in small boxes in the withering room gives it that 'creaminess' that is not easily forgotten.

The grapes: Muscat Petit Grain, Sauvignon.

Bouquet: Fruity, floral, intense and pleasant.

Flavour: Sweet, pleasant, persistent.

Colour: Intense golden yellow.

Pairing: As an aperitif at low temperature, with cheese, goose pate crostini, excellent with desserts, tireless on its own.
