By choice of the company it is bottled in spring generally in the months of April May. it is vinified in steel at a controlled temperature to enhance the aromas, after fermentation it is decanted and after about twenty days the so-called funds in suspension phase begins for about four months: it is simply stirred and kept on the lees. advantages: it does not oxidize and fattening it is much lower with sulphites (compared to a red wine)

Very “glamorous” wine also thanks to the commitment of some producers who have believed and believe in this jewel of Piedmontese viticulture and enology , even if it is good to remember that only the Roero Arneis appellation indicates and guarantees that the grapes come entirely from the typical production area that is Roero.

Color: straw yellow with golden notes, brilliant, very hot

Odor: intense, harmonious and enveloping, expresses notes of acacia flowers, hawthorn that are accompanied by warmer sensations of apple, anise, bread crust and vanilla typical of Arneis wine

Flavor: full, clean, smooth. Good structure, acidity present but not annoying that supports and accompanies the aromas.

White flowers return, vanilla and bread crust increase the perception of volume. Excellent taste olfactory persistence.

Pairings: good aperitif, but finds its optimum in first courses, sea and land, excellent with fish or white meats.
