Nonno Pantaleone's seasoned chiodini mushrooms are made with raw materials of Italian origin, guaranteeing a quality product. Handcrafted, they are boiled and seasoned with first-rate ingredients: sunflower oil, garlic, chilli pepper and salt.
They have a very distinctive aromatic taste that lends a rich and decisive flavour to any recipe.
They are suitable to be eaten as a side dish or as an appetiser, for example to accompany a roast, a stew or meat skewers or even a beef carpaccio and are suitable for all types of consumers.
They are also perfect with eggs and pasta dishes. Combined with truffles, they make for a unique blend of flavours and aromas. In some first courses, chiodino is combined with cured meats such as bacon or speck: excellent, in this regard, are trofie with speck, walnuts, chiodini and cream, a quick but absolutely delicious recipe.
How to store it
