From the calcareous and clayey soils of the hills around Sant'Angelo in Vado comes this white wine from Montefeltro, made from the ancient Trebbiano and Sauvignon grapes with small bunches and sparse grapes. A wine from the Vadese peasant tradition with delicate aromas, fresh and sincere, ready for every occasion.
Winemaking and ageing: The white Trebbiano and Sauvignon grapes are pressed and the must is left to rest at a low temperature for 24 hours, then sent to fermentation for about 3 weeks, racking and maturation takes place in tanks for about 5 months. This is followed by cold decanting and bottling.
Colour: Clear straw yellow.
Grape: Trebbiano-Sauvignon.
Bouquet: Flowery, fruity, apple.
Flavour: Dry, fresh and tart.
Serving: Tulip glasses or similar at 14°.
Pairings: As an aperitif, fish and truffle starters, first courses.
