VINIFICATION

AGING
12 months in barrique and at least 6 months in bottle

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
soft red colour, elegant floral nose, red fruits, currants, raspberries, cherries, blackberries immediately stand out, with the right balance of tannins, great complexity in the finish, long and persistent in the mouth
