Suris Rosé

TECHNICAL NOTES: This wine is produced from Barbera and Arneis grapes vinified together to obtain this bright pink colour, a wine created for drinking in summer when the temperature is high and we need to drink something fresh and pleasant but with not high alcoholic content. The name chosen in Piedmontese dialect means smile.

Vinification: fermentation in steel, ageing in steel, bottled in the spring following the harvest

Colour: brilliant deep pink

Bouquet: fresh, with a nice acidity and its own personality

Taste: fresh,with its own personality,where the typical taste of barbera mingles with the finesse and elegance of arneis

Pairing: excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with hors d'oeuvres and fish dishes
