Nonno Pantaleone's vegetable mince is made using only fresh and carefully selected products to guarantee the excellent quality of the product, with its irresistible flavour.

Produced by hand without the addition of preservatives and hand-processed according to ancient Campania tradition, it features peppers, aubergine, onions, tomato sauce, sunflower oil and salt.

Enjoy it with bruschetta, crostini or many mini-baskets of pancarrè for a healthy and nutritious appetiser; perfect with fresh cheeses, grilled meats and fish, to season a pasta dish if you don't have much time to dedicate to the cooker, or simply as a hot soup, seasoning it with pepper, salted pecorino cheese flakes and a drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil.
