VINIFICATION
The grapes are destemmed, fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C, contact with the skins for 10 - 14 days during which time the extraction of the noble components of the skins is favoured using the delestage method; racking takes place after post-fermentation maceration. Malolactic fermentation is carried out completely in wood, the wine is kept in wood for about 7-8 months. Bottling is carried out when the wine reaches the balance of taste and smell, followed by bottle ageing for several months.

Bouquet: Intense bouquet of roses, ripe red fruit, spices and almond notes
Taste: Dry, robust, velvety wine with pleasant tannic notes and a full flavour with a long persistence
