Abruzzo

An aspect of the culture of Abruzzo is the folklore and the various traditions of popular origin regarding patronal feasts where to taste  Olio, wine and desserts, seafood, cold cuts and goat cheeses.

Among the wines  Abruzzo DOC, Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC, Controguerra DOC, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC, Pecorino, Colline Teramane Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOCG and many others. Ground dishes such as arrosticini, porchetta, neretese goat, cottora-style sheep but also seafood, brodetto alla vastese, codfish all'abruzzese, whitefish from Campotosto.
