ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES Shiny pale straw yellow. The floral aroma anticipates citrus nuances. On the palate, it is fresh, intense and persistent.
PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE The grapes are soft-pressed. After decanting, the first-pressing must is inoculated with selected yeasts and fermentation continues at a controlled temperature of 16°. At the end of fermentation, without malolactic fermentation, the wine matures on the fine lees for about 2 months at a constant temperature.
