The vineyards in Canavese are very suitable for the production of sparkling wines. In addition, the Erbaluce vine is genetically endowed with good of acidity, ideal for storing wines.
The grapes are harvested in boxes and vinified with classic white wine technology at a controlled temperature and maturation in stainless steel tanks.
The base wine is finished and stabilised.

Persistent foam, extremely fine grain and persistent perlage. Golden colour with greenish reflections. Refined, elegant, complex nose with hints of ripe apple, peach and fruit tropical fruit.
