50% Alicante and 50% Nero d'Avola from highly suitable vineyards under the control of the 'Quality Project' in the Arghillà (RC) area.

Organoleptic characteristics:

It has an intense and deep ruby red colour with violet reflections, a captivating nose, notes of black cherries, plums and red mulberries are clearly perceived. Soft and full-bodied, the flavour is dry, full, robust, but also velvety, harmonious, enveloping.

The red berry of cherry and blackberry, liquorice and vanilla, tobacco and coffee are perceived in the mouth.

Alcohol content: 14,0 % vol.

meat-based main courses, game, savoury roasts, grilled meats and cheeses, including mature ones.
