Organoleptic characteristics:

Brilliant antique gold colour with definite topaz reflections. Intense and harmonious bouquet, complex and decisive of muscat, with clear hints of apricot. Full, soft flavour with hints of acacia honey and pleasant background of dried figs, apricot and sultanas.

Recommended pairing:

Ideal with desserts, fresh and dried fruit. Splendid with spicy cheeses.

Alcoholic grade: 15,0 % vol.
