BIRBET - MPF

From the noble Brachetto del Roero grape, a delicious aromatic and sparkling sweet wine is obtained. After a short fermentation in an autoclave, it has a ruby red colour, an aroma of violet and dog rose, a sweet but not cloying flavour.

Vinification: Fermentation in steel tanks, maturation in autoclave.

Organoleptic characteristics: pale ruby red colour, scent of violets and rose hips, sweet and aromatic flavour.

Alcohol content: 5% vol.

Food – Wine Pairings: reserves pleasant sensations if tasted with cakes, cream pastries and all desserts. Pleasant between meals.
