Belonging to the noble Nebbiolo family, Roero «Bricco Anime docg» takes its name from the area in which the hills rise, where it is grown. It comes from over 50 years old vines, exposed to the south and from thinned out grapes with a yield of no more than 70q/hectare. In its three years of maturation, it ferments in steel at a controlled temperature and is aged in French barriques for 12 months, achieving the right balance between the naturalness of the wine and the aromas of the wood.
Garnet red color with orange reflections.
The nose is intense and persistent, with fruity and floral notes such as violet and vanilla. In the mouth, it has a tannic, elegant flavor with great personality.
