The typicality of Nebbiolo, which reflects the territory. It comes from over 40 years old vines exposed to the south and from thinned out grapes with a yield of no more than 70q/hectare. In its two years of maturation, it initially ferments in steel at a controlled temperature and is subsequently aged in oak barrels for 10 months. Ruby red color with garnet reflections, delicate and almond scent typical of "Nebbiolo del Roero". Full-bodied and harmonious flavour, appreciable persistence.
