Coming from the native Roerino vine of the same name, it comes from ancient vineyards cultivated on top of the hill and facing south with a yield of 70q/hectare, through careful thinning. Soft pressing, fermentation at 16 degrees and maturation on fine lees, in steel. Straw yellow color with amber reflections, it has a fruity and delicate aroma and a pleasant sweet, velvety flavour.
Presentation: This grape, which has always been cultivated in the Roerino area, gives rise to a full-bodied and important white wine.
Grape variety: Arneis.
Vinification: Soft pressing, fermentation at 16 degrees and maturation on fine lees, in steel.
