The ancient monastery La Gatta, once the home of Dominican monks, emerges from the lush vegetation of the vineyards of this idyllic property located in the municipality of Bianzone. Inside its historic halls or in the greenery of its beautiful garden, the Triacca family welcomes clients and friends with a good glass of Casa la Gatta, welcoming them to the wonderful world of Valtellina viticulture. "Casa La Gatta" is born on the steep slopes surrounding the old mansion where sun-kissed Nebbiolo grapes are brought to optimal ripeness. Temperature-controlled fermentation gives this product particular fruity aromas and freshness. Aging in oak barrels makes it harmonious and elegant.
