From Sangiovese grapes, this Chianti is characterised by fruit and intense aromas.

PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE
The grapes are harvested by hand and placed
in the classic "bigonce" and then transferred into a special trailer to be transported to the cellar. After careful sorting they are destemmed and crushed. Maceration of 10-12 days follows, depending on the vintage, with frequent pumping over at a temperature of 28 °C.
Malolactic fermentation takes place in cement and steel tanks. The wine is stored in cement.
Bottles produced: 36,000 per vintage.
