Obtained from a careful selection of the best Calabrian grapes, through the technique of carbonic maceration. At the end of this phase, the grapes are pressed and vinified according to the traditional methods. Excellent to accompany chestnuts, mushrooms and autumn dishes. It is served at 14 – 16 °C to appreciate its taste and aroma.
