Harvest time : First ten days of September, in perforated boxes.
Service temperature : 10 ° / 12°C
Oenological Technique : Fermentation carried out in purity and in conditions of maximum sterility. Refrigeration of the grapes for 6/8 hours before destemming and soft pressing. White vinification with temperature control, 14-16°.
View : Limpid straw yellow more or less intense with golden reflections.
Smell : Herbaceous scents, white fruit and floral notes.
