Fine and persistent effervescence, it presents itself to the eye with a pale straw yellow. Intense aroma, the nose is fine, frank in the recognitions of vegetal notes and fresh pear with the characteristic harmonicity turned towards notes of biscuit bread. Balanced, aromatic and mature taste, opens in the mouth with sweet and dry notes, dry and light.
