This superb wine has become the very image and prestige of Triacca Winery. It is vinified from grapes lightly dried in the vineyard, produced in the vineyards of the new plantings, which allow the shoots to be cut with the grapes hanging and harvested after about 30 days. During this time a natural concentration of the must occurs; the mallic acidity is reduced and the berry synthesizes specific microaromas due to the temperature changes between day and night. The result is a wine that is very rich in soft tannins with significantly higher extracts than the normal vintage, which lends itself very well to 12-month aging in small barrels of particularly fine new wood. The Prestigio surprises with its elegance, full body and great depth. The fruity aromas, accompanied by a subtle hint of dried fruit, blend perfectly with the barricaded background.

AGING: Obtained in small barrels of fine wood for 12 months in barriques.
