Chardonnay 30% from highly suitable vineyards and subjected to the
control of the "Quality Project" of the pellaro, Palizzi
and Arghillà areas ( RC).

Organoleptic characteristics:
The wine has a bright straw yellow color with evident greenish reflections. The aromas appear of dazzling elegance, rich in the aromatic range, with fresh notes that evolve towards appetizing notes of small flowers. Very full on the palate, very pleasant
in flavors, with the inimitable flavor, the substantial body of the best, ancient whites of southern Italy.

Alcohol content:
13.0% vol.

Recommended combinations:
Its structure allows it to be combined also with meat appetizers and delicate white meat compositions.
