Mistero Palizzi ITG red

Nerello Mascalese 30%, Alicante 30% and Nero d'Avola 40% from highly suitable vineyards under the control of the 'Quality Project' in the area of Palizzi (RC).

Organoleptic characteristics:

It has an intense and deep ruby red colour with violet reflections, a complex bouquet with hints of red fruits. Distinctly tannic when young, full-bodied, with a dry, full, robust, but also velvety, harmonious, enveloping flavour.

In the mouth one perceives the red berry of cherry and blackberry, liquorice and vanilla, tobacco and coffee.

Alcohol content: 14,0 % vol.

meat-based main courses, game, savoury roasts, grilled meats and cheeses, including mature ones.
