Production area: hilly areas of Pelago in the Chianti Rufina area. Clayey, marly and calcareous soils overlooking the Arno valley east of Florence.

Grapes : Chardonnay (90%), Sauvignon (10%).
Training system : spurred cordon.
Grape harvest : first half of September.
Vinification : fermentation of the grapes for 10 days in thermoregulated steel vats (19/20°C).
Maturation : 3 months in steel.
Possibility of aging : 5 years.
Visual aspect : straw yellow.
Bouquet : fine, persistent and intense bouquet, with notes of white fruit.
Taste : rich taste and dry flavour, fine and elegant on the palate.
Accompaniments : pleasantly accompanies delicate appetizers, seafood dishes, shellfish, fish soups and white meats.
