Cultivated on mainly sandy soils exposed to the south and from recent vineyards, a Nebbiolo is obtained that is already ripe a few months after the harvest and ready for consumption. Fermentation in steel at controlled temperature, aged for three months in large oak barrels. By means of a brief natural refermentation in an autoclave, it has the particularity of being slightly rough. Intense ruby red colour, characteristic almond aroma of Roero, sweet taste with silky tannins.
Presentation: dry red wine, slightly sparkling.
Grape variety: Nebbiolo.
Vinification: Fermentation and maturation in steel tanks, maturation in wooden barrels and then in the bottle.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Ruby red colour, almond scent characteristic of the area, sweet taste with silky tannins.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
