Classification: Red wine I.G.P. "Collina del Milanese", whose grapes come from the hilly area called "Montebiotto", a characteristic panoramic point overlooking the Belgioioso Castle and the town of San Colombano.
Grapes: Barbera 40%, Croatina 40%, other red grapes 20% Training system: guyot
Vinification: Once a good ripeness is reached, the grapes are harvested manually in small baskets, brought with the harvest wagons to the cellar where they are de-stemmed. The classic and traditional red fermentation takes place in 130 hl tanks. The crushed grapes are left for 48 hours at a temperature of 20 °; then it ferments for 5 - 6 days at a temperature of 28 °. Targeted pumping over brings the skins into contact with the must-wine.
