Classification: passito white wine I.G.P. "Milanese Hill" This wine comes from an ancient local tradition that preserves the best bunches of Verdea grapes to consume them during the Christmas lunch and is the maximum enhancement for a native vine.
Passito di Verdea 2003 received the silver medal in the competition "The selection of the Mayor 2005".
Grapes: 100% green Training system: guyot density 4500 vines / hectare
Vinification: Reached an excellent ripeness at the end of September, the grapes are harvested in small boxes (of about 5 kg), transported to the cellar and placed in a room suitable for drying where they remain until Christmas when they are gently pressed. The sweet must obtained ferments for 6 months in small barrels and matures in small steel tanks.
