Obtained from Zibibbo grapes with natural drying techniques. After a light pressing, this raisin wine is obtained with an amber yellow color and an intense and aromatic bouquet.

VINIFICATION : In stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14°C – 16°C, with the addition of raisins which are left to macerate on the must for over 3 months to finally obtain a wine with an alcoholic component in perfect balance with its own sugar content

AGING : 3 months in the bottle

AROMAS : Complex, intense and persistent, where the hints of ripe apricot and candied citrus fruits are combined with notes of dried figs, dates and acacia honey
