From young vineyards facing south, in mainly sandy soils, we obtain a Barbera that perfectly reflects the characteristics of Roero. Fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature, three months aging in oak barrels. By means of a brief refermentation in an autoclave, this wine has the particularity of being slightly lively. Deep ruby red colour, fresh and intense aroma, sweet flavour. Wine suitable for daily consumption, it goes well with any type of dish.
Presentation: Dry red wine, slightly sparkling.
