Ruby

Considered among the "research" wines, Rubizzo is obtained from the rare Brachetto del Roero aromatic grapes, present on our hills. Its winemaking process follows a careful fermentation and consequent maturation, at very low temperatures, to preserve its aromas. Ruby red colour, pale. Fragrance of violet and wild rose. Soft and delicate flavour.
