Vinification:
Having reached the right ripeness, the grapes are harvested manually
in small baskets, tipped into harvest carts and transported to the winery
where they are gently destemmed. Cold maceration at 8 - 10° C
for 24 hours of the crushed grapes in steel vats. Soft pressing with
pneumatic presses. The must obtained ferments, at a controlled temperature
16 - 18°, in steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is
enriched with a cheerful effervescence obtained by a natural refermentation

Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: characteristic, fruity and floral.
