Rose wine

From the so-called "white fermentation", we use pure Nebbiolo to obtain a Rose' wine, with intense floral scents. Deep rosé colour, dry and persistent flavour.

Presentation: Rosé Nebbiolo, with intense floral scents.

Grape variety: Nebbiolo.

Vinification: fermentation in white, at low temperature and then in the bottle.

Organoleptic characteristics: pink colour, fresh, fruity and delicate bouquet, dry flavour.

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.

Food – Wine Pairings: It goes well with any type of dish.

Serving temperature: 7 - 10°C.
